Affiliates will need to fill out W9’s, etc for taxes purposes before payment can be rendered. Emarketing2You uses Paypal to pay affiliates.  Payments are paid from Lov’n 1 World Entertainment.

These methods of promoting will NOT be tolerated! Anyone using these methods to market and promote will be in breach of the Emarketing2you affiliate terms and conditions instantly removing them from our program and any commissions null and void.

• Mailing to email lists that do not allow recipients to unsubscribe.
• Mailing to email lists via third party systems that contravene the CanSpam laws.
• Mailing to email lists with inappropriate subject lines like I Can Make You Rich or Make Millions Instantly.

Do not use Spam Traffic sites like Ad Fly and Traffic Monsoon.  Spam type low traffic is just that and not needed!  Anyone caught using these types of methods will be banned for life for Emarketing2you and all our new sites in the future.

Emarketing2you doesn’t allow affiliates to self buy any of our products.  We take this seriously and monitor detailed reports to catch and ban anyone doing it!  We’ll contact you with a warning without commission and the second time we ban you from our affiliate program.

Cookie stuffing or any other methods of link jacking is not allowed.  Using negative words like scam, etc in any PPC or promotional campaign or using cash rebates is not allowed.
